We are looking for a GCP Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GCP backup/restore, Cloud SQL backup/restore, GitLab, Terraform, and CI/CD. The candidate will be responsible for implementing reliable backup and recovery solutions, infrastructure automation, and deployment pipelines across GCP environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage GCP backup and restore processes for cloud resources.
Implement and manage Cloud SQL backup, restore, and recovery procedures.
Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
Manage source code and repositories using GitLab.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and backup/restore issues.
Implement best practices for security, reliability, disaster recovery, and operational support.
Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Solid experience with Cloud SQL backup/restore and recovery.
Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Hands-on experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Experience with cloud backup, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting.
Robust scripting and automation skills.
