Fun and Remarkable Venue Supervisor also known as STAR LEADER to lead the day-today operations of our Gaming Zone.
Role & responsibilities
Manage profitability and efficiency of the assigned area of responsibility
Motivate and lead venue Team Members to achieve KPI targets
Oversee and encourage in-venue sales program or packages, ensure upselling effort being done accordingly by Star Squad
Ensure in-venue marketing programs are conducted properly.
Verify that consumables for daily activities are complete.
Conduct daily checks of equipment (play structure, class program, IT system, etc.), theming, uniforms, and confirm they are in valuable working condition. Accomplish job orders for repair/replacement as necessary
Ensure cleanliness and safety of play structure.
Ensure sufficient communication tools of sales; information content, packages flyers, forms, etc
Ensure that all activities are carried out correctly and that excellent service is given to all Guests
Monitor Star Scouts performance and attendance; Monitor all Team Members performance, appearance, and attendance; Provide coaching and recognition or disciplinary memos when necessary.
Maintain venue daily check lists and verify that Star Scouts are accomplishing them, immediately report any incidents/concerns that require immediate action (i.e equipment repairs, consumables replenishment, etc.)
Ensure that Star Scouts are trained for their assigned duty.
Monitor the roster of Star Scouts, ensuring that all shifts, breaks, rest days are covered, and ensure their appearance according to grooming standard.
Verify and ensure that processes and policies are followed in the venue
