12+ Years of experience on ServiceNow Testing.
•Hands on Test Manager / Lead experience.
• Develop Test Strategy & Test Management
• ServiceNow functional knowledge (ITSM, CMDB, workflows)
• Automation and ATF expertise
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Risk-based decision making and defect management
Working experience in Agile methodology and its ceremonies.
• Valuable experience in writing test cases.




• Candidate should be able to understand all the technical requirements related to ITSM modules of ServiceNow application.
• Valuable understanding of Testing process and various types of testing.
• Oral communication skills including the ability to actively listen.
• Written communication skills transparent, understandable, and unambiguous documentation and emails are a part of the role.
• Passion for technology in general, and an inherent curiosity in their approach to work i.e. someone who will question status quo and instinctively seek improvements.
