Role & responsibilities

The Manager IT Projects is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects

Ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements. The role

provides strategic and operational leadership across IT project planning, execution, stakeholder

management, technology implementation, risk management, and project governance.

The position will oversee major technology initiatives including ERP, Retail POS, CRM, mobile

applications, web applications, system integrations, digital transformation, automation, and process

improvement projects. The role will lead cross-functional teams, manage external technology partners

and vendors, drive effective project governance, and identify prospects to leverage emerging





technologies such as AI and automation to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Total 8+ years of qualified experience.
Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in retail, ERP, or

enterprise application environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-

functional teams.
Experience in ERP systems, Retail POS, CRM, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, and

Enterprise System Integrations.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and technology consultants.
