Key Responsibilities

Lead overall FB operations across restaurants, banquets, bar, IRD.

Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence, complaint handling and service recovery.

Ensure food beverage quality, presentation and consistency as per brand standards.

Achieve revenue targets through upselling, promotions,



banquet conversion and local tie-ups. Control food cost %, beverage cost %, payroll and operating expenses through daily monitoring.

Ensure hygiene, food safety, audit compliance (HACCP/brand standards) and statutory norms. Manage inventory, procurement planning, vendor coordination and stock reconciliation. Plan manpower, rosters, training, performance management and team discipline. Prepare and review MIS: daily sales, covers, average check, outlet-wise performance and feedback

trends. Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Engineering for smooth operations.
