Job description
check for the handover mail, according to that they should take action (i.e if any

sample pending for history check weather history received or not)




Check for the sample count according to TAT.
Collect the sample or TRF from accession department.
Processing the samples according to the desire test.
To preparation of in-house reagents: Controls, calibrators, test reagents etc. as per the

requirements.
To update kit for particular technology (Protein electrophoresis, Hemoglobinopathy i.e D10)
Report generation and checking for its correction. Dispatch of reports to clients after its final

approval by authorized person.
Equipment maintenance and proper filling of logbook/ log sheets, equipment/ test

calibrations and troubleshoot maintenance.
Maintaining inventory records, preparing list of requirements of various consumables

accessories.
Customer query handling and escalating it to appropriate authority.(email and telephonic)
Training of other JSOs and helping them whenever required.
Maintaining the IQC summery of particular test record.
