Role & responsibilities

Finance & Accounts
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.

Costing & Financial Analysis
Prepare product costing and cost sheets.
Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze cost variances.
Conduct financial analysis to support business and management decisions.
Assist in profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
Prepare financial forecasts and management reports.

Budgeting & Planning
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.




Monitor budget utilization and analyze budget variances.
Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.

Taxation & Compliance
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
Support internal and external audits.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA (Finance) or M.Com will be an added advantage.
2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
