Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical/IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and assist with the joining and onboarding process.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
2 to 4 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
Valuable understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT job requirements.
Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
