Key Responsibilities
Planning, organizing and drafting valuations reports and associated deliverables
Building , reviewing and auditing financial models
Preparing financial models as per the industry best practices for large diverse corporations Experience of working on financial models involving infrastructure projects would be a plus but not a pre-requisite
Project managing valuation and broader corporate finance engagements such as model audit exercises, liaising with other stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality delivery to clients
Having knowledge and hands-on practical experience of business valuations for tangible and intangible assets. Experience of purchase price allocations and valuing complex financial instruments would be a plus but not a pre-requisite
Working closely with directors and team members on client management, practice development and business development initiatives
Assisting with research, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements
