Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
Monitor KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
Generate management reports and provide data-driven insights.
Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required data.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of reports.
Present findings and reports to management in a explicit and structured manner.
Maintain databases and ensure timely updates of MIS records.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting
Power BI – dashboards and data visualization
Basic SQL knowledge
Data cleaning and validation
Reporting and dashboard creation
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid communication and presentation skills
