Job Objective

Responsible to prepare detailed and accurate cost proposals and comparative cost estimations to ensure competitive pricing and profitability for the GMMS business.

Role & responsibilities

STRATEGIC
Develop, evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics. •Prepare projections and monthly pricing reports for the GMMS business •Conduct competitive benchmarking to keep a track of market trends and perform competitive pricing analysis •Prepare and participate in discussions for long term strategic pricing agreements with customers and agents

FINANCIAL
Ensures that gross profit is maintained for the GMMS business •Track the conversion ratio and ensure competitive pricing for the business •Support in preparation of different pricing scenarios and estimate profitability to enable decisions on pricing quotations

OPERATIONAL
Receive enquiries from Agents and generate enquiry ID in the system •Obtain destination, origin,



air & sea freight rates and other inputs required for costing •Prepare a detailed and accurate cost in system within stipulated timeline of receiving all inputs from the surveyor •Conduct a proper analysis of the past transactions in working out a costing to arrive at the best costs •Work out costs estimations and prepare rates for all RFQs •Follow up with local agents/business development team for job conversions and monitor a monthly report on booking conversation ratio and GP % •Ensure all necessary backup information is attached to the cost sheet •Follow up with quotation team for job conversions •

CUSTOMER
Liaison with agents in order to sustain the relationship. Initiate proactive actions to ensure agent satisfaction and continued loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid mathematical and analytical ability.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Tools / Software Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, basic data analysis).

What Were Looking For:
Motivated, organized, and proactive individuals with a problem-solving mindset.
Prior experience in the Relocation or Logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with solid academic performance and the right aptitude will also be considered.
