We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic AR Caller to join our team. As a Trainee, you will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience to develop essential skills and knowledge in your healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand end-to-end RCM processes, including patient registration, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
Assist team members in day-to-day operations, documentation, and support tasks.
Work under supervision to handle rejections and denials using standard operating procedures.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance domain knowledge.
Deliver work with accuracy and completeness within set timelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily,
weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Maintain qualified behaviour and follow organizational policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (BA / B Com).
Excellent Verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt to recent challenges.
