Role & responsibilities
Design posters, banners, brochures, flyers, certificates, invitations, and other school materials.
Create creative content for the schools social media platforms and website.
Design graphics for school events, celebrations, competitions, admissions, and announcements.
Prepare presentations, newsletters, notices, and other internal communication materials.
Capture and edit photographs/videos of school events when required.
Create reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media.
Maintain consistency with the schools branding, colors, fonts, and visual style.
Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and management to understand design requirements.
Handle multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
Organize and maintain design files, photographs, videos, and other digital assets.





Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual communication.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a school, educational institution, or similar organization is preferred.
