Reporting to R&D; head/ Plant head in day to day operations
Manage to keep valuable interpersonal relationship among the subordinates and hence to create excellent ground and workplace to enhance the inspiration for optimizing the output.
Managing to test all the routine based raw materials, packing material, in house resins and R&D; resin within least possible time.
Assigning the routine based task to the subordinates to finish it accurately within the minimum time to fulfil the production requirement.
Manage all the activities from sampling to stock update of incoming Raw Materials and in house resins
Manage all the system related activities and documentations.
Dealing with the issues of rejections or deviations. Also, facing vendors where joint testing is conducted with them
Checking and giving responses of the various mails
