Business Growth & Marketing: Assist in developing and executing innovative marketing and business growth strategies to promote company products and services, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, build solid qualified relationships, and contribute towards improving customer engagement and retention.
Market Research & Campaign Coordination: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and recent business opportunities while coordinating with sales and operations teams for effective execution of campaigns.
Leadership & Performance Development: Represent the company at client meetings, promotional events, and industry gatherings while tracking leads and campaign performance through CRM tools and developing strong business, marketing, and leadership skills.
