Job Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with interested prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls.
Communicate with potential customers and identify their requirements.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.




Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Eligibility & Skills
Valuable verbal and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Graduation should be completed .
