We are looking for a senior qualified to drive debt syndication and fundraising from Public Sector Banks (PSUs)
Key Responsibilities
Lead debt fundraising and syndication from Public Sector Banks and other institutional lenders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSU Banks, Financial Institutions and institutional investors.
Originate and execute term loans, working capital facilities and structured debt transactions.
Manage the complete transaction lifecyclefrom deal origination, structuring and documentation to closure and disbursement.
Identify funding opportunities and develop appropriate debt structures based on business requirements.
Prepare and present funding proposals,
information memorandums and credit-related documents to lenders.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Finance and Treasury teams for transaction execution.
Negotiate pricing, tenor, security, covenants and other commercial terms with lenders.
Monitor the debt market and identify current funding sources and opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with senior stakeholders across PSU Banks.
Track fundraising pipeline, sanctions, disbursements and overall borrowing portfolio.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
