Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and driven CAM- Corporate Agency manager to lead the business at the branch level. The role is responsible for driving recruitment, business generation, team management, and overall branch profitability through a solid advisor/agent network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch-level business targets through recruitment and activation of insurance advisors/agents
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Field Level Managers (FLMs)/Unit Managers and their advisor teams
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual premium, case count, and persistency targets for the branch
Monitor and improve advisor productivity, activation ratios, and retention
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies in all branch operations
Conduct regular reviews with FLMs/Unit Managers to track performance and provide coaching
Manage branch P&L;,
expenses, and operational efficiency
Build robust relationships with the local market to enhance the brand and business presence
Coordinate with training, underwriting, and operations teams for smooth branch functioning
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
2 -10 years of experience in life insurance agency channel sales, with at least 2 years in a team-handling/branch management role
Prior experience as Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, or Assistant Area Manager in life insurance is highly preferred
Solid track record of team recruitment, business achievement, and P&L; management
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
Local market knowledge of Vijayawada/Thiruvananthapuram preferred
