KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct diagnostic assessments of student emotional, behavioral, and learning concerns using standardized assessment tools and document findings in confidential case records 2. Design and deliver individual counselling sessions using evidence-based methodologies to address student emotional, behavioral, and social challenges 3. Facilitate group counselling and psycho-educational sessions focused on stress management, emotional regulation, peer relationships, and academic resilience 4. Execute structured parent consultation sessions to communicate student progress, provide psycho-education, and engage families in support planning 5. Establish and implement early intervention protocols to identify and respond to student emotional and behavioral crises, reducing incident frequency and severity 6.



Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration on student referrals, develop individualized support plans, and provide teacher consultation on classroom-level student needs
