Role & responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms in a timely and qualified manner.
Guide applicants through the complete admission lifecycle, from enquiry to enrollment.
Support outreach initiatives such as open houses, webinars, school visits, education fairs, and campus events.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data in the designated systems.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions operations.
Assist in documentation, verification, and onboarding processes for admitted students.
Meet assigned admission targets and contribute to institutional growth objectives.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, admission guidelines, and data confidentiality norms.

Preferred candidate profile




Bachelors degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in admissions, student counselling, education sales, or academic administration will be an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage effectively with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.
Positive organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; experience with CRM systems is desirable.
Willingness to work during peak admission periods, including weekends if required.

Contract & Performance Review
The appointment will be on a contractual basis for one year from the date of joining.
Renewal of the contract will be subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent of the employee and the employer.
