Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, product manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules.
Conduct onboarding sessions for newly hired employees to ensure a solid understanding of products and solutions.
Keep teams informed about new product launches, feature enhancements, software updates, and product roadmaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training programs.
Provide field support by conducting hands-on product demonstrations and addressing product-related queries.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align product knowledge with business objectives.
Gather feedback from field teams, customers, and partners to identify knowledge gaps and improve product understanding.
Monitor competitor products, industry trends, and market developments to maintain product expertise and provide actionable insights.
Support product launches and promotional activities through training sessions, workshops,



and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, certifications, and learning progress.
