Visiting the projects, checking the quality, coordinate with contractors, clients, Vendors.
Oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project
Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
Analyze drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints
billing, estimation
Estimation of works, preparing proposals, Making tender documents etc.
Planning and conceptualizing projects, Material Management, Execution of projects, getting Work Executed
Forecast design and construction time frames
ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
