Theidealcandidateshouldhaveastrongsoftwaredevelopmentbackground,havingprogressed

fromaDeveloper/SoftwareEngineeringroleintoProjectManagement.Thecandidateisexpected

tohavehands-onunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment,technicalarchitecture,andengineering

practices,enablingthemtoeffectivelyleadtechnicalteamsandmakeinformedprojectdecisions.
