Role & responsibilities
Diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment for pulpal and periapical diseases.
Perform primary and complex root canal treatments.
Perform non-surgical endodontic retreatments.
Manage endodontic emergencies and difficult anatomical cases.
Diagnose and manage complications such as perforations, separated instruments, ledges and missed canals.
Assess cases requiring endodontic surgery and coordinate appropriate referral where required.
Provide appropriate post-endodontic restorative recommendations.
Performance will be evaluated on:
Clinical quality and treatment outcomes
Successful management of routine and complex endodontic cases
Patient satisfaction and treatment experience
Appropriate diagnosis and treatment planning
Compliance with infection-control and documentation protocols
Effective coordination with referring dentists and specialists
Timely completion and follow-up of cases
Skilled conduct, communication and ethical practice
Contribution to the clinic's overall clinical standards and reputation
