We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Injectable Manufacturing Specialist at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Roles and Responsibility
Oversee the production process of injectable products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Develop and implement manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on manufacturing procedures and best practices.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Proven experience in injectable manufacturing, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
