Key Responsibilities
Manage quality across dyeing, processing and finishing of woven fabrics.
Monitor key quality parameters including shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness, strength and fabric appearance.
Drive RFT, defect reduction, rejection and reprocessing improvement.
Conduct RCA, CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
Handle customer complaints, quality audits and compliance requirements.
Work closely with Production, Processing, R&D;, Merchandising and Sales teams.
Lead, train and develop the Quality team.
Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology.
812 years of experience in textile processing quality.
Robust hands-on experience in woven fabric dyeing, processing and finishing.
Valuable knowledge of textile testing, quality systems, RCA/CAPA and customer quality standards.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
