Role & responsibilities - Skyraan Construction

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other site personnel.
Check measurements, quantities, and materials used at the site.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and identify quality or technical issues.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources.
Follow and enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
Communicate site requirements and project updates to the reporting manager.




Resolve basic site-level technical issues and coordinate for necessary solutions.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
13 years of experience in construction/site engineering.
Valuable knowledge of civil construction, estimation, measurements, and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and site management abilities.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations when required.

Responsible and proactive in handling site activities.
Good team player with solid coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
