We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales, generating leads, improving ROAS, and scaling eCommerce campaigns profitably.

Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube).
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
Create and test ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategies.
Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify growth opportunities and implement recent marketing strategies.




Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

Requirements
2+ years of experience running Meta and Google Ads.
Proven track record of scaling eCommerce campaigns.
Robust understanding of Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills.
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
