Role Overview
We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist with robust hands-on experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage website analytics, tracking, tagging, and data collection.
Solid hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of GA4 & GTM.
Manage events, conversions, parameters, and tracking configurations.
Perform data validation, tracking audits, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Analyze website performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
Create reports/dashboards and support analytics requirements for global clients.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement measurement solutions.
Must Have
4+ years of dedicated Web/Digital Analytics experience.
In-depth experience with GA4 & GTM.
Strong data management and analytics implementation experience.
Experience in tracking, tagging, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Important: This is a specialized Web Analytics role. Candidates with primarily Performance Marketing / Paid Media experience who only have basic GA4/GTM exposure will not be considered.
Good to Have
SQL / BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Data Layer & JavaScript tracking.
