Research & Development
Conduct research and development activities as per project requirements.
Develop current products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
Perform laboratory trials and pilot-scale studies.
Optimize existing products and processes for improved efficiency and quality.
Evaluate raw materials and alternative sources.

Documentation
Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, protocols, and records.
Prepare product development reports and technical documents.
Maintain laboratory notebooks and trial records.
Support preparation of SOPs, specifications, and validation documents.

Testing & Analysis
Coordinate with QC department for analytical testing.
Analyze test results and prepare conclusions.
Investigate product and process-related issues.
Support troubleshooting during manufacturing.

Technology Transfer
Assist in scale-up activities from laboratory to production.
Coordinate technology transfer activities with Production and QA departments.
Provide technical support during commercial manufacturing.

Compliance & Safety
Follow GMP, GLP, and company safety requirements.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and samples.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.




Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Educational Qualification
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry)
B.Pharm./M.Pharm.
B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
Or equivalent qualification

Experience
Fresher to 3 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Process Development.

Skills Required
Knowledge of product development and process optimization.
Good laboratory practices and documentation skills.
Knowledge of GMP/ISO requirements.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
