Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing processes with a sound understanding of unit operations and unit processes.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
Adhere to GMP guidelines to maintain product quality, compliance, and safety.
Demonstrate knowledge of:
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
GDP (Valuable Documentation Practices)
GEP (Good Engineering Practices)
GHP (Valuable Hygiene Practices)
ALCOA Principles
Data Integrity (DI)
HAZOP
Cleanroom/Clean Area Practices
Manufacturing Area Hygiene Standards
Understand and comply with regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations.




Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Science Graduate, Postgraduate, or Engineering Graduate.
Hands-on experience in API, Intermediate, or Bulk Drug Manufacturing is mandatory.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
