JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




Provide a range of administrative support, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Compliance services, covering customer matters, word processing, and data entry.
Perform routine customer portal activities in alignment with established business processes and standards.
Handle complex and sensitive enquiries with discretion, professionalism, and tact.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion within designated deadlines.
Build effective working relationships with onshore teams through Teams/Email communication to resolve queries and expedite closures.
Manage multiple tasks across different business verticals simultaneously.
Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end mainstream business processes managed by Shared Services.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide daily reporting of completed and pending tasks to respective Relationship Managers (RMs) via trackers.
