B2B Operations - Backend / Coordination Executive
This role will primarily focus on backend operational coordination, tracking and documentation.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches.
Share invoices, tracking details and dispatch updates with clients proactively.
Track shipments daily until delivery and follow up/escalate in case of delays.
Upload invoices on client portals wherever applicable.
Maintain records of invoices, dispatch details, delivery TATs, GRNs, Credit Notes, return requests and escalations.
Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-ups and invoice reconciliation wherever required.
Coordinate sample dispatches and track deliveries.
Support customer documentation and registration processes.
Maintain accurate trackers and ensure timely closure of operational activities.
Support delivery appointment scheduling and related documentation for key accounts.
Preferred skills-
Positive Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, robust follow-up and coordination skills, attention to detail, and valuable written communication.
