Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Noida. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting international customers, resolving their queries, and providing a high-quality customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer queries professionally and within the defined timelines.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.




Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in US shifts / night shifts.
