Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Accounts Head to manage and oversee the complete accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in the Insurance industry and the ability to work efficiently in a startup and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal/external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic financial insights to management.




Manage budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and expense optimization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial regulations.
Lead and manage the accounts and finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
8–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance.
Excellent English communication skills.
Presentable and qualified personality.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment.
