Job Descriptions :

Position Summary:
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for 2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, and 4-Wheeler Sales, Service, and Spares business units.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, PL statements, branch profitability analysis, and management dashboards.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning to improve business performance.
Ensure timely finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit requirements.
Control receivables, payables, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and working capital management.
Verify revenue recognition, incentive calculations, warranty claims, and OEM financial reconciliations.
Coordinate with branch managers and department heads to ensure financial discipline and policy compliance.
Lead internal and statutory audits, implement corrective actions, and strengthen financial controls.




Supervise and mentor the Finance Accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvements.
Support management with financial analysis, business insights, and strategic decision-making to achieve organizational goals.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications Relevant Experience
Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, and MIS Reporting.
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of automotive dealership accounting, inven
