Role & responsibilities

A dedicated in-house resource who can independently manage both production and post-production work and ensure faster turnaround timelines.

Experience Required: 3to5 years (minimum)
Key Responsibilities
Professional video shooting for university events, academic activities, interviews, and promotional campaigns
Solid understanding of camera functionality, lighting, framing, and audio capture
End-to-end video editing and quick turnaround of deliverables
Creation of social media-ready videos (reels, shorts, promos, testimonials, event recaps)

Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience operating qualified cameras and equipment
Robust proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or equivalent)




Ability to independently handle shoots and post-production workflow

Positive to Have (Preferred)
Knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics / basic animation (this would be a strong advantage)

Relevant experience and domain expertise Candidates should have demonstrable experience aligned with the scope and expectations of the role.

Quality of work portfolio – The portfolio should reflect the level of work and capabilities required for the position.

Ability and willingness to take up the expected assignments – Candidates should be comfortable with the nature of work and assignments involved in the role.
