Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and validate candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Understand hiring requirements and source relevant profiles within defined timelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Follow up with hiring managers for timely feedback and closure of shortlisted candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Identify, onboard, and manage new recruitment vendors as per business requirements.
Monitor vendor productivity and ensure a consistent pipeline of quality profiles.
Follow up with vendors for profile submissions and recruitment progress.
Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring databases.




Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet defined hiring targets, TATs, and recruitment KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile
7+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Prior experience in Non-IT and/or BPO hiring is preferred.
Exposure to Tech hiring will be an added advantage.
Robust sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job portals and recruitment databases.
Good candidate networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up skills with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment workplace.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Kochi.
