Job Summary

Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is looking for a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 5 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle day-to-day client deliverables fairly independently, have drafting skills, oratorial skills and experience with the lifecycle of a civil suit. Experience with drafting suits, applications, etc., reviewing litigation documents, assisting partner(s) with strategy, briefing senior advocates, and arguing matters before courts, specifically the Delhi High Court, is a must. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to supervise and mentor a team of associates. The candidate must also have a good attitude towards work and willingness to prosper in a quick-paced work workplace.
