We are looking for a data-driven MIS Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Telecom or Broadband industry. The candidate will be responsible for aggregating operational and financial data, preparing daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, and developing interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate must possess advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, familiarity with contemporary AI tools to accelerate workflows, and a deep understanding of broadband KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Domain Reporting & Data Management
Track and present key telecom metrics, including ARPU, active/inactive subscribers, net additions, churn rate, site downtime, and customer ticket resolution timelines.
Gather data from various platforms, and field teams to maintain accurate central repositories.
Perform reconciliation between sales data, activated connections, and billing records to identify revenue leakage.




Analytics & Automation
Build automated reporting models to eliminate manual data entry.
Leverage Advanced Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and connect disparate datasets.
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) into daily tasks to write complex formulas, automate text analysis, and generate quick insight summaries.
Develop executive-ready dashboards using to visualize regional performance, network health, and field team productivity.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with network engineers, sales heads, and customer support leads to collect operational inputs and resolve data discrepancies.
Provide ad-hoc operational reports to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
