We are currently hiring for the position of Sr. Sales Engineer Elevators & Escalators.

Position: Sr. Sales Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: B.E.

Industry: Elevators & Escalators

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and strategize to achieve assigned annual and monthly sales targets.

Identify potential projects and develop strategies to secure new business.

Increase brand awareness and explore untapped market areas.

Meet customers and build strong skilled relationships.

Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals to customers.

Prepare pre-qualification documents, BOQs, technical datasheets, compliance sheets, etc.

Conduct techno-commercial discussions and support contract closure.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Coordinate with overseas counterparts regarding technical confirmations, shipments, deliveries, and document flow.

Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.





Track and report lost sales as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical sales and marketing experience in Elevators & Escalators.

Sound technical knowledge of elevator and escalator products and systems.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Aggressive and target-oriented approach towards sales.
