Mission
Vehicle Architecture Packaging: Define and manage vehicle-level architecture, package requirements, interfaces and integration across BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis and other vehicle systems.
CAD Vehicle Integration: Review vehicle CAD/DMU, perform vehicle-level clash clearance analysis and ensure interface compatibility across systems.
Design Convergence: Drive vehicle-level design convergence, analyse design changes, identify cross-functional issues and coordinate timely resolution.
D-Lot TGA Validation: Support D-Lot and TGA activities including FI, STYP, VOAL, relevant RCC, clash/clearance and vehicle integration checks.
Geometry Styling Validation: Support major styling releases and TGA with Gap Flush checks and vehicle-level geometric validation. Documentation Tracking: Manage/validate PDJ, HCPP, TCM, COD and milestone documentation, ensuring all information reflects the latest vehicle convergence.
