Vidya Fellowship is a 3-month transformative learning program for Post Graduates who are passionate about education, human development and holistic/value-based education.
The fellowship combines professional development, self-awareness, experiential learning, holistic education, value education and Jeevan Vidya.
Training & Placement
Training: 3 months
Stipend: 25,000 - 30,000/month
After successful completion of training, selected fellows may receive placement in the 4th month.
Placement Salary: 35,000 - 40,000/month
Role & responsibilities:
Participate actively in the 3-month fellowship training.
Engage in holistic and value-based education.
Participate in workshops, discussions and experiential activities.
Develop self-awareness, communication and leadership skills.
Support educational and learning activities.
Work collaboratively with educators and fellow participants.
Apply learning in real-world educational settings.
Preferred candidate profile:
We are looking for Post Graduates with 03 years of experience who have valuable English communication skills and a genuine interest in holistic education, value education, self-development and human development.
Candidates should be curious, reflective, responsible, cooperative and willing to learn.
Important:
This is a fellowship and training prospect with a placement pathway, rather than a conventional teaching job. Placement after the training period is subject to successful completion of the fellowship and the applicable selection/placement process.
