Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage site execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting/Fire

Alarm and ELV systems.
Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams.
Read and check MEP, Civil, Architectural and GFC drawings.
Monitor contractors/vendors, site progress, quality and project schedules.
Check BOQ, quantities, measurements and MEP billing.
Handle testing & commissioning and snag/punch point closure.
Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve site issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of practical MEP site experience.
Solid knowledge of MEP execution, supervision and coordination.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Ability to independently handle MEP site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
