We are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead Accounts Payable and Record-to-Report functions within a BPO/Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to R2R (60%) and P2P/AP (40%), along with proven experience in finance transformation, client management, and managing multiple global client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.
Manage Record-to-Report activities including General Ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Drive finance transformation, process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Manage multiple client accounts and build solid relationships with client stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Lead and mentor large teams, driving performance, engagement, and capability development.




Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Support transitions, migrations, and stabilization of finance processes.

Mandatory Requirements
14–16+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations.
Current or recent experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) workplace.
Solid exposure to R2R processes (60%) including General Ledger, Month-End Close, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
Strong exposure to P2P/AP processes (40%) including Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, AP Controls, and Payment Operations.
Proven experience managing multiple external clients/accounts.
Mandatory client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Experience in finance transformation, migration, transition, or process excellence initiatives.
Strong people management experience with large operational teams.
Prior experience handling manual AP processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
