Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Middleware / Production Support.
Strong hands-on experience with Solace and IBM MQ.
Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Proven experience supporting business-critical production environments.
Experience with incident management, problem management and RCA.
Experience in middleware monitoring, upgrades, deployments and testing.
Robust understanding of messaging and middleware infrastructure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a 247 production support setting.
