Job Description
Join our events team as an Experiential Events Operations Executive and play a key role in executing engaging brand experiences, activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing experiential marketing and brand activation projects.
Coordinate with clients, creative teams, production agencies, and vendors.
Translate event concepts into practical operational requirements.
Coordinate fabrication, branding, dcor, AV, furniture, and other event elements.
Assist with vendor sourcing and quotation collection.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Conduct venue visits and assist with feasibility checks.
Coordinate transportation, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Supervise event setup and ensure execution according to approved plans.
Provide on-ground support during live events.
Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.




Coordinate event dismantling and post-event activities.
Maintain project trackers and prepare post-event reports.
