Role: Sales - Deco sales in Dealers & Distribution
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Roles & Responsibility:
Manage and develop the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Drive sales through the existing dealer network and achieve sales targets.
Identify and appoint current dealers to expand market coverage.
Build solid relationships with dealers, painters and contractors.
Drive secondary sales and ensure regular order generation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Conduct dealer/painter meets and promotional activities.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.
Regularly update sales reports and market feedback.
