Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Teacher Librarian to create a dynamic, inquiry-driven library environment. The role focuses on fostering a love for reading, research skills, and information literacy among students.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the school library and resources effectively
Promote reading habits and a culture of inquiry among students
Support curriculum by collaborating with teachers for research and projects
Guide students in information literacy and research skills
Conduct library sessions and reading programs
Maintain records of library usage and resources
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging library setting




Participate in school events and career development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications Skills
Bachelor s degree in Library Science / Education or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of library systems and digital resources
Ability to engage students across age groups
Understanding of inquiry-based learning (IB preferred)
