• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Biostatistics, Information Systems, Quantitative Social Sciences, Theoretical Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years of US Healthcare industry experience.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions.

• 3+ years of experience working with healthcare datasets, including claims, clinical, provider, member, or related healthcare data.

• Robust proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and up-to-date data science libraries and frameworks.

• Experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and computational algorithms to structured and unstructured datasets.

• Hands-on experience with model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into analytical solutions.
